Terms of Use – ZENDIGI

General

Welcome to the ZENDIGI website (the "Site"). The Site serves as the official website of Zendigi (the "Company") and is operated by it. The Site functions as a virtual store that enables visitors to purchase products and services. The Site allows visitors and users to access the Company’s range of products, view them, and complete purchases through the Site, all subject to the terms set out below (the "Terms of Use").

Any action performed on the Site, including the purchase of products or services, is defined as an "Action". The services offered include browsing content, purchasing products, creating a shopping cart, sharing via social networks, and registering for marketing communications.

Zendigi may, at its sole discretion, decide whether to publish or refuse comments or feedback. These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between the Company and any User, Visitor, or Customer.

Use of the Site

Any individual or company may use the Site subject to being legally competent. Minors (under 18) must obtain parental consent. Users must hold a valid Israeli credit card and have an active email and Israeli postal address. Purchases are for private consumption only and not for wholesale purposes.

Zendigi may block access or cancel a User's participation without prior notice if the User provided false information, violated these terms, or performed an illegal act. Use of the Site is at the sole responsibility of the User.

Nature of Purchases on the Site

Photos on the Site are for illustration only. Differences may exist between the photos (including colors and lining fabrics) and the actual products. Prices shown include VAT but do not include shipping fees. The Company may offer discounts and promotions at its discretion, and multiple discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

If an item was purchased as part of a "free shipping" promotion, in case of cancellation or return, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping and Delivery

Items purchased on the Site will be delivered within up to 21 business days. Delivery times may be extended during Israeli holidays, special sales events (Shopping IL, Black Friday), or due to security situations and transportation disruptions in Israel. Delivery is performed by an external courier company; Zendigi is not responsible for any delays or omissions caused by the courier. Business days are Sunday - Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays.

Return Policy and Cancellation of Transactions

A User may cancel a transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item was purchased at full price (not part of a sale, promotion, or Outlet category). The product must be completely new, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Method: Returns for cancellation or exchange must be done in person only at the Zendigi studio located at 34 HaMa'ala St., Pardes Hanna. Returns via courier, mail, or pickup points are not accepted. Coordination via WhatsApp at 052-5858147 is required before arrival.

In case of cancellation within one hour of order completion and before shipment, the User is entitled to a full refund. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 5% or 100 ILS (the lower of the two) plus a 9 ILS clearing fee will apply.

Outlet and BIGIBOO Products

Products marked as OUTLET are sold AS IS at a significant discount. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed for Outlet products. Zendigi does not provide customer service, repairs, or any warranty for items purchased from the Outlet category.

BIGIBOO products are sold at production cost and made from fabric scraps. These items cannot be returned or refunded. The User acknowledges that colors may vary from the original order.

Warranty and Repairs

Warranty: A full warranty is provided for the first 3 months from the date of purchase, covering essential manufacturing defects only (stitching or raw materials). The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, misuse, weight overload, zippers, or carrying the bag on one shoulder. No warranty is provided for Outlet items.

Repair Service: After 3 months, there is no warranty. Repair services are provided at the Company's sole discretion.

Cost: Repairs are subject to a fee ranging from 40 to 110 ILS. Every repair carries a minimum charge of 40 ILS.
Submission: Items for repair must be submitted completely empty, clean, and inside a cloth bag.
Collection: Payment must be made within 45 days of notification. Failure to pay within this period constitutes a waiver of the product, which will be donated to charity.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the content on the Zendigi Site, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, photos, designs, and trade secrets, are the exclusive property of Zendigi. No commercial use, copying, or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.

Privacy and Security

The User agrees that the operator may monitor Site use through Cookies for marketing and statistical purposes. Personal details will be stored in the Company's database. Credit card details are not stored in the Company's systems as they are processed by an external provider.

Governing Law

The law applicable to these terms is Israeli law. The exclusive jurisdiction for any legal matter related to the Site shall be the courts of Tel Aviv - Jaffa.

Back to School Promotion Policy

In accordance with the Site's return and cancellation policy, the Back to School sale is defined as a "Special Sale". Therefore, products purchased under this promotion are not eligible for a monetary refund. Users may only exchange the product for an equivalent item or receive a store credit for future use.
