Shipping and Delivery Speed Zendigi has an organized shipping service that reaches all parts of Israel. Every order is packed in the studio and sent directly to the customer's home with an average delivery time of 7 to 9 business days. If a shipment is not delivered and returns to the studio, we handle the return according to service policy to maintain a clear and transparent shopping experience.

Self Pickup After 10 years of operation at Dizengoff Center, our store has closed and we're in an exciting transition period on the way to our new location opening in spring. During this period there is no permanent pickup point, but anyone who prefers to receive their order via self pickup is welcome to contact us on WhatsApp 0525858147. Each request is reviewed individually to see if we can arrange pickup at an accessible and convenient location. We make an effort to provide service even during this period to maintain a personal and continuous service experience.

 

Returns and Exchanges Returns can be made within 14 days for a refund. Exchanges can be made within 14 days. The item must be new and in its original packaging. Items purchased during sale periods like Black Friday or items marked "outlet" cannot be returned. The policy is clear and transparent to ensure a reliable and fair shopping experience.
